EASO Best Poster Prizes

The EASO Poster Prize was introduced at ECO2007 and will be offered again at ECO2009.

The top ranked posters from abstract review will be selected by the International Scientific Committee (ISC).  Only these posters, which will be clearly marked, are eligible for the EASO Poster Prize.  At ECO2009, the EASO Poster Prize will once again be awarded by Poster Referendum - all congress delegates will be invited to attend the poster sessions and vote for what they regard as the top poster in each track.  These votes, plus ISC scoring, will determine the top ranked poster in each track.  The ISC validation will be final.

EASO will then award a prize of 500 Euros plus a certificate to the top poster in each Track as voted for by Congress delegates. 

The EASO Poster Prizes will be awarded at the ECO2009 closing ceremony – prize winners must attend the closing ceremony to claim the prize.

We encourage you to participate fully in the ECO2009 Poster Sessions.  All delegates who vote in the Poster Referendum will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a free registration at ECO2011.

If you wish your poster to be considered for this prestigious prize, please ensure that your abstract is of the highest possible quality.  The abstract submission section of the ECO2009 website has clear submission guidelines and an abstract template.
