Please note that invited presentations account for approximately 50% of the scientific programme. Oral and poster presentations, selected by abstract submission, will account for the rest of the programme.
We therefore encourage all delegates to submit an abstract.
Abstract Submission:
Abstracts must be submitted using the official satellite abstract template and emailed to conferences@easo.org by Friday 12 March 2010. The authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by Friday 16 April 2010.
Registration:
The registration fee for this meeting is tiered according to the date that you register – the earlier you register, the lower the fee. Please note that registration fees must be RECEIVED by the dates below - we recommend that bank transfer orders are raised at least seven days in advance to ensure that funds reach the relevant bank account in time.

To register, please use the online registration form. Once your booking form is submitted, you should receive an automated receipt email. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact the EASO Secretariat at conferences@easo.org. Registrations will only be confirmed by the EASO Secretariat upon receipt of full payment - payment options are outlined below.
Social Event:
All registered delegates are invited to purchase a ticket for the satellite gala dinner, to be held at the magnificent Millesgården.
Millesgården can be termed a work of art in its own right, a nicely balanced stage design of terraces, fountains, stairways, sculptures and columns, coupled with a diversity of vegetation and an immense vista across the waters of Värtan from the rocky heights of Herserud.
Coaches depart immediately after the close of the meeting and the the heavily subsidised ticket price of €50 includes transport to the venue, dinner and entry to the Millesgården exhibition and sculpture garden.
